SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING
1-1 SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING:
Specializing in elite athlete development REPS is the premier place for training Elevate your game and performance. Functional sports evaluations, reports, individual workout programs tailored for athlete.
YOUTH SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING:
In studio group training or team training available. Katerina trains at former NHL head coach Bruce Boudreau, Golden Horseshoe Hockey School in August. Contact REPS if you would like your team or school to have elite sports performance training at your arena, school or inside our REPS Studio.
All Sports Performance Training packages include a free workout plan, and monthly evaluations and body diagnostics (weight-in, measurements, body fat percentage) to track your progress.

LADIES ONLY BOOTCAMP
Ladies! Are you looking for a great way to get in shape and sculpt your body, all while having some fun? Then join us at REPS!
Our boot camp sessions are 30 minutes long, and are packed with a punch for optimal results in minimal time!
Get long-lasting weight loss results and the healthy lifestyle you need to keep them! The key to your fat loss success is our signature Afterburn workouts, support, and motivation by our highly professional coaches.
Perfect for those who love a motivating group environment, want to work out alongside other like-minded women, or have a busy schedule and just need to fit in a great workout.
REPS Boot Camps are offered every Monday Tuesday and Thursdays 6:30-7:00 pm Sunday mornings at 9:15-9:45 am. You will also get access to our calendar app that makes it easy to schedule in your workouts from anywhere, any time!

UFE is a platform that showcases people who are celebrating their extraordinary fitness accomplishments, and is open to participants from all walks of life, and with a variety of different fitness and weight training abilities.
To get you competition ready, you will be working alongside Katerina Jackson- a highly decorated UFE World Pro Champion and Fitness/Bikini Competitor, to transform your body in a fun and natural environment.
Many people use the UFE competition as a way to achieve the best body they can through rigorous workouts, nutritional programs, and determination.

YOUTH HOCKEY PROGRAM
Our Youth Hockey Program is specifically designed to help improve your team's on-ice performance through hockey specific, dry land training and exercises.

Participants in REPS' youth hockey program will receive a discount at the Golden Horseshoe Hockey School, organized by NHL coach Bruce Boudreau of the Minnesota Wild.
The classes focus on cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, resistance training, balance, and flexibility. Whether you’re 55, 65, 75, or beyond, it’s never too late to boost your energy, relieve pain and improve your health through exercise!
A perfect and safe 30-minute workout 3 days a week with a professional personal trainer in a small group setting!
REPS' Senior Bootcamp is every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday's 9:00 - 9:30 am
Lifting classes focus on helping you improve your posture, build muscle, increase bone density, maintain weight loss, stimulate metabolism, and reduce inflammation. REPS team will assist you in achieving all of these goals with a certified professional trainer.
