One-on-One + Youth Training
REPS' ladies-only bootcamps are a great way to get in shape and sculpt your body. Each bootcamp session is only 30 minutes and are conveniently offered every Monday-Thursday night. Our clients love the motivating environment of bootcamps and working out alongside likeminded women with similar goals. Bootcamps are also practical for those with busy schedules. The calendar app makes it easy to schedule in your workouts from anywhere at anytime.
For those who are looking to maximize their workouts and attend bootcamp every Monday-Thursday, we are now offering an unlimited option! You can purchase 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months unlimited.
Whether your goal is losing weight, getting stronger, or improving your overall wellbeing: our personal training programs are for you. Our programs are completely personalized, and our certified personal trainers are passionate about helping you reach your goals. Training is based around your schedule, with times available Monday - Friday. Free body diagnostics (weight-in, measurements, body fat percentage) are conducted on a monthly basis to track progress, and our trainers offer 24/7 support in an effort to guide you through the ups-and-downs of your fitness journey.

The Ultimate Fitness Events (UFE) is a showcase of people celebrating their extraordinary fitness accomplishments. The UFE is open to people from all walks of life and with a variety of different fitness and weight training abilities. Many people use the UFE competition as a way to achieve the best body they can through rigorous workouts, nutritional programs, and determination.
Do you play hockey, soccer, baseball or basketball? Are you running a marathon or training for a triathlon? Our one-on-one sports performance training is a great option for those who are looking to elevate their sports performance. Each program is sport specific and is designed to align with your goals. REPS also offers group sports performance training for youth.
Our Youth Hockey Training Programs are designed to improve on ice performance through hockey specific dryland training and exercises. Our Sports Performance Training packages also include monthly evaluations and body diagnostics (weight-in, measurements, body fat percentage) to track your progress, as well as a free workout plan.
YOUTH HOCKEY PROGRAM
Currently, REPS' Spring Youth Hockey Program is in progress, and began March 18. Be sure to check our website and Facebook page for updates on when our Summer Program begins.
Participants in REPS' youth hockey program will receive a discount at the Golden Horseshoe Hockey School, organized by NHL coach Bruce Boudreau of the Minnesota Wild.

REPS' specialized nutrition programs and meal plans are personalized for each client and are the perfect complement to any training program or fitness routine. Our certified sports nutritionists develop specialized meal plans based on your eating habits, schedule, and preferences. Our nutrition programs cover everything from how to prep your food to how to organize it.
